Restaurant Philosophy

Wine is a way of life.

Our philosophy is wine and all its different sides and faces. We offer over 320 wines from all over the world, every month – at least 10 per glass and every Tuesday – wine tastings and meet & greet events with the people behind the wines. Our food is simply tasty, uncomplicated and easy going, created to suit different wines and moods.

The wine is a daily pleasure, which should not necessarily be expensive or inaccessible.

At Grape Central you will find plenty of interesting wines, delicious food, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, and excellent service.

We are very happy that Grape Central has become the ultimate wine place in Sofia. We love to show you the wines of the world and to invite you to wine tastings of all shapes and sizes. We are proud to be awarded Two Stars and Special Jury Prize in the international „World’s Best Wine Lists“contest and we are proud to be three time winner in the “Drinks selection” category of „Restaurant of the year” in Bulgaria.

Head Chef is Ivaylo Ignatov. He is graduate of Le Cordon Bleu culinary academy in Paris. He’s interested in local products, traditional and classical cuisine and their contemporary interpretation.
